Steps to Join

1. Read the BPI GoldStar Contractor Program Policies and Procedures and Contractor Program Handout.​

2. Complete the BPI GoldStar Contractor application

  • Confirm you have at least one full‑time BPI‑certified Building Analyst or HEP Energy Auditor on staff

  • Submit a Dispute Resolution Plan (a sample is provided with the application)

  • Comply with all insurance requirements as listed in the application​

3. Sign and submit the application by email to goldstar@bpi.org or mail/fax and pay the program fee, either in one annual payment or monthly. Once your application is approved, BPI will notify you by email.  

​Remember to keep your membership active each January to maintain benefits!

Program Cost

The program fee is $1,380 per year. Pay annually or choose convenient monthly installments - whichever works best for your business.
